South generator, filter 1?

I'm on my last generator (the south one) yet I can't figure out the logic of the 1st filter. Any help?

If you look at the other filters the horizontal pumps (4 of them) alternate. You have to fix there timing so that they are in proper sequence. So move the telekinesis block to stop a pump. Start at the bottom and slowly work your way up.
