I am 3-4 hours in and haven't had time to continue but hoping to play more this weekend. It's basically like the games it says that inspired it. like Another World, Heart of Darkness and Flashback.
I actually had to take my phone out and take pictures of things to solve some of the puzzles. Some people use notebooks including the guy that beat it in around 8 hours.
there have been several bug fixes , including an autorun which make the game much more enjoyable. If you like any of the games that it's inspired by then you will most likely enjoy the game. I also have a thing for the art style, I think it looks gorgeous.
But the puzzles are much harder then you expect. I think I havent played any game like this with such hard puzzles! But the game has just the perfect lenghts. Enough puzzles and a lot of story and locations. I would make it longer or shorter.
I think 10 hours are a good time to finish it, maybe even 12 hours. Some puzzles are so hard, they might take you hours to solve, while others just take you seconds.
but i'ts been more than a century since i last played any of those games, even longer for some of them.
i was mostly worried that they'd fail, i mean there's been plenty of games that looked great and were inspired by awesome titles but ended up unplayable.
but this is all i wanted to know, definitely my next buy
thnx
so this sounds right up my alley
