I did it, on Easy, on my second try. I gathered as many lords I could around Sunglade, in 3 armies about equal sized, 8K troops if I remember correctly. Two of them were utterly destroyed. The third one, in Sunglade City, was attacked and I was expecting to be destroyed as well, but luckily the enemy lord, the arch enemy, died in battle and I won the game. Quite anticlimactic.
I will play again though. I like the game.
