Crafting for those who have never played

Two of the biggest things to keep in mind:

(1) You cannot be all trade skills. You will have to rely on others. Well, technically you can, but you'd have to do them on alts. So getting goods to your alts is painful because there is no shared bank and no intention of having one.

(2) Trade skills were locked behind an adventuring level. i.e. You had to get higher levels in adventuring to raise your crafting skill cap. That MAY have changed with EA. I'm not sure. If this has changed, then my second point is moot.

Just be aware you cannot do all trade skills unless you do them on alts, and there is no way to get goods to the alts unless you have a second account, OR you find someone you trust to make the trades. Finding others to do trades is risky and also just a pain in the butt.
