Disapearing crafting coins

Hello, I am saddened regarding the crafting coin "lose it forever" policy. I placed both my coins in the bank for safe keeping, knowing if I lost it I wouldn't get another and this condition was not lost on me. To my dismay both of the coins are now gone. I never touched them after placing them in the bank and some bug has removed them. I considered making another character to do the crafting, but this would require leveling a non-main character to achieve the higher crafting levels, which I really don't have the time for. I cannot be the only one experiencing this issue. It seems to me that an alternate option would be to have the quest npc have an option for getting new tokens and if you try to spend more than 2 the crafting merchant will say sorry, you have already taken 2 crafting skills. Please give us this option. I don't think it's good for the game to punish people for things outside of their control.

I have the same issue one of my token in bank disappeared and I have no idea how to find a GM for help.

A GM met me in a game and resolved it the day after contacting them. I'd imagine you will get the best response during the week when things are slower.

Same here. Both Coins just disappeared. Why the ♥♥♥♥ are there "Coins" you can lose somehow?!

Just let me pick two proffessions like in any other fking game.

The "coins" are just placeholders for starting a tradeskill profession and, eventually, will not be used at all. I still have 2 coins in the bank -- from day 1 -- waiting for the planned jewelcrafting and scribing professions; if they are ever implemented. On my characters that I had not planned to craft with I never completed the quest that awards the coins so, perhaps, some peeps claiming they "lost the coins" never received them in the first place?

This is an acknowledged bug. VR has warned people not to store the tokens in the bank due to the possibility of losing them.
