Tailoring - Cotton & Higher

Where do I find cotton patterns for tailoring? I've looked everywhere I can think of. I see the Raven Trading guys have some, but these are merely "basis" patterns, not the final product.

Not sure, likely they will be "dropped/found" from chests in Tier equivalent areas. Example, Tier 1 Improved Gear drops from chests in the starter zones. Tier 2 would be in 12+ content since T2 starts at level 12, so likely chests in AVP or the 2nd zones.

Those recipes will likely need those basis patterns from Raven Trading as well as the base items that are sold on the trade skill merchants.

You might need to complete the trade skill quest chains to gain access or rank up the skill high enough to see the patterns as well.

Or they may just not be implemented yet.
