I have similar issues, sometimes crash (if i try medium gfx settings), but it loads with black screen if i select low settings. See my post: https://steamcommunity.com/app/3107230/discussions/0/783166115771647917/
I also have the same problem since the Unity patch. Can login to character creation, anything past there game crashes with a Unity 6 error code

Had the same issue, this helped me, I only did the step for AMD GPUs. Good luck:

For AMD GPUs:
Close the game.
Press Win+R
Enter %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Visionary Realms\Pantheon\Settings\
Delete Settings.json (alternatively, you may edit this in a text editor and change AllowFSR2 to 0)
Re-launch

For Intel 13th/14th generation CPUs:
Please update your BIOS, as these CPUs are prone to instability issues and will require a microcode update to resolve them

Notes:
https://community.intel.com/t5/Blogs/Tech-Innovation/Client/Intel-Core-13th-and-14th-Gen-Desktop-Instability-Root-Cause/post/1633239
If on a notebook/laptop, please search for your computer's BIOS update (e.g. Asus ROG Strix G713PV BIOS)
If on a desktop, please search for your mainboard's BIOS update (e.g. MSI PRO Z790-A MAX WIFI BIOS)

For others / for those where the above did not work:
Uninstall the game
If using Steam, close Steam entirely (Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open Task Manager and ensure no processes are running)
Open Steam
Install the game
Re-launch

Notes:
Verifying integrity of game files does not seem to be enough for some players and so a full re-install is recommended

If you are still experiencing crashes and you want to try and help Visionary Realms with solving the issue affecting you, please do the following:
Press Win+R
Enter %TEMP%\Visionary Realms\Pantheon\Crashes\
If you get an error about Windows being unable to find the directory, this means you have no crash logs available and can skip the remaining steps
Inside, verify that you have folders like Crash_YYYY-MM-DD_0000000000 (the actual folders will have date/timestamps in accordance with the time of the crash)
Archive the latest crash folder in .zip archive (Windows 11: Right Click -> Compress to... -> ZIP File, Windows 10: Right Click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder)
Send an email to support@visionaryrealms.com with any details you may have about the crash with the zip file attached

Thank you.
This just starting happening to me, after running the game with no issues until it suddenly started happening today. I suspect it is because I clicked the "Dynamic Resolution" setting in graphics settings? That is where "AllowFSR2" was an option (it mentions it is experimental).

I clicked both of those settings to see what would happen in game earlier today. I noticed the graphics got a little brighter and sharper, but not much else. But now when I try to log in, I get the milisecond unity error that I can't read before it poofs and the game crashes. Happened about 5 times. The last time I managed to turn off that setting before it crashed.

Reinstalling and deleting settings.json anyways. Wish me luck.

Edit: It worked. Idk which thing, but probably don't turn on AllowFSR2...Idk about dynamic resolution itself. I am afraid to try it again.
