If you are getting an SSL connection error when logging in and are using Xfinity, try disabling the Advanced Security setting (under the Security tab on your Xfinity app).
I have Frontier Internet, went on their website, opened up a chat with support, and provided them this link: gl-cacxhwf7dqdvfhc8.westus3-01.azurewebsites.net
Told them to unblock it and now I have access again.
You need access to gl-cacxhwf7dqdvfhc8.westus3-01.azurewebsites.net as that is our SSL certificate server.
Please reach out to your ISP and give them that URL
I tried. My ISP (Frontier Communications) is not blocking anything. I checked it, then contacted them directly and they verified that they are not blocking anything.
