If you have a pledge, you will not be getting a steam key. You need to use the existing patcher from our website along with the game account you already created.

Yep, they broke both those promises. The buddy key thing is a seriously crappy situation, was looking forward to playing with a friend. Only reason I bought a ticket on this sinking ship.

Buddy codes are coming but for some reason they are delayed according to their discord channel. Not a great look, but at least it's worked on.

I ASSUME the lack of Steam key for people who bought directly from VR is a stipulation of Steam. All these people currently playing who bought from VR, and they can't even give a review. That's just bad.

Buddy keys will be provided. That promise is not broken. Stuff happens. I wish I lived in your perfect world where nothing ever went wrong. As for no Steam key, that's likely Steam's doing, and not VR's, but by all means, go ahead and assume VR broke their promise. I call BS on your "sinking ship" comment. If you really thought it was sinking, you would not have spent the money. Either that, or you're really not too smart. Which is it?

The timing of those keys were important, and a factor in why i purchased the pledge pack. I enjoy games like this, and if they fail to deliver on what should have been a pretty basic system like that, it just makes me a bit negative about the game in general.

also they said there would be macOS version just like the original eq which they also skip on that part automatically after the kickstarter
