"Cash Shop"??

So... I was complimenting someone's fancy armor... and I asked where it drops. They said "the cash shop website". What is this? Please tell me this isn't pay-to-win. 💔💔💔

There is no 'cash shop' in the game. I think they might be talking about websites were you can buy items for real money. These are run by third parties and have nothing to do with VR.

Nah , they know what they are doing. I would say they are actually advertising for RMT with this topic or just wanted to get people to argue about the merits of a MTX shop.

Also , how does one play naive about not knowing what RMT is till someone in the thread points it out to them. Just no way you make a topic like this , knowing full well "Cash Shop" would get people worked up and wonder what they are talking about while also being fully aware there is no MTX shop in the game.

Currently, suspected RMTers get suspended and investigated. As we get closer to full release, we will rely on tech for tools to monitor suspicious activity.
