Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen

Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen

I cant see ANYTHING
What are you people DOING with this game right now? Seriously!

I just tried logging in again, and was happy to see "We fixed da lighting!" on the patch notes.

You didnt Fix squat. Its broad daylight and its still so dark I cant see ANYTHING around me, I can BARELY see my own ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TORCHLIGHT!

What kind of clown show game development is this?!

Are you serious right now?

This is absolute trash tier.
Top tier game development. I guess Im dead now. Time to reroll

Nice to see they still havent touched the invisible walls (Cause thats what we want in 2025!) blocking all the resources in Caster starting area!

The current lighting is so god awful I *literally* have given myself a massive headache just walking around. The Fluctuations in ULTRA BEYOND THE SURFACE OF A SUPERNOVA to BLACKER THAN A COAL SHAFT AT MIDNIGHT over and over again has now offically caused me ACTUAL PHYSICAL PAIN.

Unbelievably bad. Just wow.

That's exactly how it looks for me since the patch with the engine change. I haven't been able to play since that day... It's like those reshade or ENB presets you sometimes find on Nexus and wonder what some people have with their eyes, but you're too polite because you don't insult "mod authors" for the stuff they offer for free... but here I paid and expect to be able to play without pain. This is the first time in my life that I got a headache from gaming.
Edit:
I'll take a look later because I was actually hoping that today's patch fixed that.

It didnt. I honest to god think they actually made it worse. Its beeen an hour and Im still seeing spots in front of my eyes and my headache has only gotten worse.

They need to shut this ♥♥♥♥ down, now. Before someone has a full blown siezure
Well I don't know what your situation is exactly as there are many of us not experiencing this problem. The only variable would then be your system and if others are experiencing these problems then their individual systems software, hardware, or even peripherals like headsets and other software compatibility issues would need to be evaluated. In order to resolve "your" issue they would have to know "your" system as well or presumably better than you.

Think OP is a little emotional.

Fair enough. Which system component do I need to change to stop sticking my sword through my chest and out my back like a 1st year intern at computer programming school sponsored by Dollar General?

What software do I need to install to get them to fix the invisible walls that prevent access to spawns/resources spawning outside of them exactly?

I'll hit up newegg and amazon immediately to swipe the CC.

However, to put your mind at ease..

13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13600KF 3.50 GHz
64.0 GB (2x32) Corsair Vengeance DDR4 RAM
Radeon Sapphire 7900XTX 24GB GFX card
3TB NVME SSD Samsung

All liquid cooled in a high airflow MPG Case by MSI

Monitor is an LG 34" Ultrawide 3440x1440p @144Hz

Keyboard is a Corsair
Mouse is a Razor
Chair is a .. I have no idea, its a freakin chair.

No Frame generation software enabled. All settings at maximum. 144+FPS even in crowded areas.

No overclocking of any kind (not that is relevant in any way shape or form.)

All drivers, software, hardware and BIOS are up to date as of this morning at 515am.

This is not a end user hardware issue. Period.

Im not the only one complaining about this either.

Everything else is just irrelevant.

Easier to blame elsewhere.

Everything else is j

Maybe the whole system, if it will help with your sarcasm. :)

And maybe your 3140x1440p monitor is at fault. Should it not be 3440x1440?

Except my system specs are right above your post, and Im blaming EXACTLY what needs to be blamed. Unless of course you wanna step up and try and blame one of my components for being underpowered or faulty.. when they're clearly not.

It is. Typo. Correcting now.

Weird as I have similar, yet not your issue.

And when I worked in IT and provided support, we had a 'UE" joke which referred to a 'User Error'. One of the places many do not consider before finding fault elsewhere.

All the posts!!!

I could ask 20 questions to try and help but if you are not even reporting the important stuff them why make the effort.

Is there where im supposed to care?

Trash tier product is trash tier product.

PS - "Similar" is not "The same." and is thus, both in computer terms and diagnostics, 100% irrelevant.

Keep your "help" I didnt ask for it and I dont want it.
