It's also never going to be balanced around PVP, so I can only imagine once people figure out the "best" build that's all you will ever see on the PVP servers. Hope I'm wrong, but doubtfull.

You're not wrong, but it won't be best build. It will be best class. There isn't really a lot of different ways to build a class. And it will just be a cc fest. The best way to win in any pvp game, is to make it so the other players can't fight back as much as possible. And Pantheon has a lot of cc. I enjoy pvp in games where it is structured and has a purpose. I don't think I will enjoy pvp in Pantheon, and I doubt very many players will either.

I hope once masteries are added in we get more build diversity. It would also be interesting to see how much of an impact Constitution has on reducing CC's since it doesn't seem to do much currently against mob CC.

Yeah, I'm really hoping mastery has a big impact on how players engage in combat. One of my favorite things in games (especially mmo's when available) is trying out different builds and figuring out which ones I like best. Right now there isn't much in that area, but Mastery could fix that. I'm not sure how much impact Con will have on CC for players, but it would be nice if there were ways to mitigate it. One thing I've always found frustrating in pvp mmo's is CC is always used as a crutch. Losing control of your character is frustrating, and without any ways of reducing it or countering it, it just doesn't feel good. Nothing feels worse than watching your character die and being helpless to do anything about it.
Are there currently any buffs that increase resistance to Enchantment like mesmerize or charm? Maybe +CHA? That might explain why the Enchanter's +CHA buff is group-wide. . .

This I'm not sure about, but having a players resistance to it scale off of the skills primary stat would be a good idea. Also, buff foods could help too. I know Joppa has said they won't be doing any class balance for pvp, but maybe adding some consumables that help against CC would be a good idea. Or perhaps some gear that grants additional resistance to specific types. Lots of ways to make pvp work without drastic changes to classes, but if it's just dropped in with things the way they are right now, you can count me out.
