Will we ever get shared bank space ?
It is getting a bit tiresome waiting for a friend to come on, and be near, and have time, and not being recently asked to help you move stuff so it doesnt feel like you are bothering and pestering him, all to move something from a character to another.
It does not add to the immersion thatI feel like an annoying person for asking yet again that a buddy stop what he is doing and come to town so he can act the part of a mule for me.
My only alternative at this point is to get a 2nd PC with another Steam account, pay for another copy and in the future another subscription so I can simply move my stuff around without feeling like I am pestering my friend list ....
Will we ever get some shared bank space ? has Joppa talked about this ?

Just a few points based on what has been said previously on Joppas Twitch stream. There will be quality of life added to the game such as improved UI, easier trading/auctioning and transferring items between characters.

Also, tradeskills are bare bones at the moment, there is loads to come and will be more viable as we go deeper into Early Access. Anticipated to full release around 2 years time, so may be a while before you get the changes you want.

Even four shared slots would do me nicely.
Multi-boxing is what people (who can afford it) eventually end up doing anyway, so it doesn't really make sense in my opinion to limit everyone from being able to transfer stuff over easily. It's just something people are gonna do one way or another; may as well make it accessible eventually.

I would have probably made more alts to experiment with more classes, but I just don't wanna bother people with delivering items over, even if it's my friends I'm asking. It's probably not as inconvenient for them as I think it would be in my head, but it feels cumbersome to have to do to possibly multiple times over and over again, just to swap stuff between two or more characters.

Everyone who bought the game before steam launch got 2 keys for the game anyway. I would suspect many people are doing what you suggested.

I guess I'm wondering if it was a design or technical limitation they don't want to sort out right now.

The real clincher is that we can only have 2 professions, so I want to be able to clothe myself, thats one profession gone, then I can chose to arm myself or do some actual tradeskilling like carpenter, alchemist, provisioner etc etc .... with no shared bank space it just feels like the game is specifically designed to rely on the honesty and kindness of strangers, in other words I need to beg others to mule for me in order to have any kind of enjoyable crafting experience in the game.
Ok so dont make shared space, but then at least let us have unlimited professions so those of us who enjoy crafting can have an enjoyable and dignified time, and those who want to power through the game can still do limited crafting to support themselves, right now I am forced to play 4+ characters to do the kind of crafting I enjoy.

I agree. Why have to play with or need other "people" in a MMO.

crafting is a waste of time just use drops they have better stats

Its one thing to group up with people and play, its another to keep asking them to be your mule.

Thats not exactly a solution, "all the people who like crafting just dont craft" ...
