Sky Pillars arcadian location?

Hello :) The Oracle said I should meet the arcadian at the top of the sky pillars but I can't find him anywhere. I already got the mask. Where is the arcadian that goes with the mask?

The Sky Pillars are where you got the Spider Gloves. (I think you know this, but I can't be 100% sure and I don't want you to have to wait for more replies.)

Now that you have the Mask, you can see some invisible platforms. In the Sky Pillars, look below the door that goes to Subcon. There will be platforms leading to another door.
