I installed the Logitech Gaming Software 5.10, which according the Internet™ is the right version for the wheel. I think the driver is included in that package, right? Also, I need the Logitech Gaming Software 8.76 for my mouse and headset as well. Could that be a problem (at least using Windows 10)?
Did you get it work? My Driving Force GT worked fine before but now that I made a clean install of Windows 10 I got the spasms while pressing buttons and the FF isn't working right. I really hope there's a solution.
It is important to use a native USB 2.0 port. Force Feedback doesn't work with USB 3.0 for me. I also recommend to not use a USB Hub inbetween, but a dedicated port.
In order to make it work, I completely uninstalled all drivers, started installation again and plugged in the wheel when prompted.
