Also, having anything saved/selected in steam>options>controller settings can cause problems within racing titles- especially wheels. These settings are intended for big picture mode and do not support input devices except game pads.

Oculus Headset - USB 3
Sensors - USB 3 & 2 (I have 2 plugged in)
Logitech Driving Force GT - USB 3
I have no additional wheel acessories; Wheel and Pedals that is it
Managed to revive ability to play without VR anyways but core issue is still Oculus + Wheel = no input, I appreciate the reply and hope this helps, thanks.
There could have been a different issue with additional wheel accessories, looks like that would not apply in your situation.

There i can see the wheel and how much it is turned and stuff.
I dont know how to make it detect ingame...
