In my case, the problem is that the device isn´t correctly migrated after TM drivers are installed.
You can check it going to manager devices, double click on T300RS located in HID devices, and then, "Events" tab.
There will appear the instance "Device could not be migrated".
I don´t know if this problems comes from USB drivers or from TM drivers, but for me, the wheel is the only device that presents this issue.
How the device isn´t correctly migrated, Windows use his own drivers.
Steam -options -controller settings is intended for game pads and using them in big picture mode. Any settings saved in that menu can cause problems in racing titles for both pads and wheels. Delete all mapping saves in that option menu.
Another thing that has confused a few players.
For cockpit view the in-game wheel with hands has a 180* rotation limit, it does not move on a 1:1 ratio in regards to your wheel. The hands are fixed around the 4 & 8 o’clock positions, they do not move. If the visual turned any more they would be upside down, as hand over hand movement was not modeled into this game. It will not effect your actual wheel input, but can be deceiving.
The visual wheel with hands was a feature made for pad & KB users. Go into options and turn hands off, or better yet remove the wheel completely.
Nah, it doesn´t work. Seems that but not. Only begins to respond when you see the car begins to spin slower, but before that, there isn´t any type of response from the wheel.
For me, the only possible solution is make a Windows clean install. Not know another possible way to fix this problem.
Why was broken? No idea, but this is the second time that happens me. The first was a year ago (+/-) with Intel and the second, three weeks ago with AMD.
Oh thanks for the reply. I'll consider this if I still get excited enough about motorsports without the smell of gasoline and burning rubber and G-forces. :D
