However for the Rally stages is worth checking that if you are on a speaker set up with a center speaker, then check the center is working. Version 0.4 fixed a bug which was routing the co-driver to the L/R front speakers rather than the center (one of the reasons it was a bit quiet on surround setups) so if the center speaker is not on, then you won't get the co-driver.
( We managed this here on DiRT, previously we'd re-routed the center speaker line to a mixing desk on our big audio test rig, and forgot to patch it back into the receiver, then spent half an hour panicking that the latest test build had no co-driver calls (slaps forehead) )
If your center speaker is working, or you are on headphones, and still have no co-driver calls then please let us know and I'll bug it.
Can you check your speaker setup from the control panel, just to check that your not accidentally in surround mode when you are using the two speakers.
Go into windows, audio enhancements and check disable all. Click Apply. Go into Dirt 4 and the co-driver talk works fine.
