G27: Where are the H-Shifter and Clutch settings?

I see it detects the wheel under advanced presets but beyond that there doesnt seem to be an option to switch it off of paddle shifters. All I see under the presets is a gear up and gear down button but nothing for the clutch or h-shifter.

I see other people have gotten it to work but nobody has posted how. All one guy said was he "rebooted" but that hasnt produced any results for me.

Go to Preferences and choose H-Shifter + Clutch after you selected the G27 preset.

yeah mine is doing the same i just bought the wheel and the preset says logitech "something" ex. ive seen others with advanced wheel settings but mine dosnt show up.

This stumped me too. You will find the settings under Profile > Game preferences.
From there, the ASSISTS > Transmission. Set to Manual H Pattern + Clutch.

You need to choose the G27/G29 preset in the controls options. This will reset to default and automatically assign the gears for you. Remap the rest of the buttons afterwards.

...and after all this is done, the next time you close Dirt Rally, navigate to your users' settings-folder for Dirt Rally and make a seperate copy of the relevant configuration-files. That way you will be able to recover much more quickly should the game decide to "forget" your favourite input-mappings.

У меня самодельный руль с FF на 900 градусов, сцеплением, круче всяких g27, g29, с телеметрией, приборной панелью, консолью, с огромным количеством кнопок, осей и переключателей, с обзорной осью в ручке H-shifter, который кстати на 8 скоростей + задняя и рычаги делители. H-shifter работает во всех играх, поддерживающих его, даже в Dirt 3, а в Dirt Rally отсутствует возможность выбора h-shifter. Я негодую, очень не доволен и не намерен мириться с данной проблемой, так как без h-shifter со сцеплением dirt rally для меня не представляет интереса.
Будет ли поддержка h-shifter для no name джойстиков?

Все! Разобрался! Настройки/разное, Элементы управления, Выбрать схему. Выбираем -
Устройство прямого ввода [Джойстик]. Далее профиль, настройки игры. В выборе типа трансмиссии появляется "Ручная стандарт + сцепление" =) Правда необходимо выполнить калибровку руля, педалей и настроить FF.

hey guys. i had my g27 running perfectly on dirt. but when starting the game tonight my controls/settings were gone. so i tried to reconfigure but there's no preset for g27 anymore. Only "Logitech Driving Ex..." but this is ♥♥♥♥. Shifting, deadzones etc, nothing works as it should. How to get the preset back? Can I delete a cfg in some special folder or something? Pls help

I rarely run Windows, so the first time I ran DR, my G29 wheel worked fine. After updating Nvidia drivers (which includes GeForce Experience) the wheel was not recognized by DR and the 4 gamepad buttons on the wheel showed as PS3 symbols instead of button numbers. I uninstalled GeForce Experience (kept Nvidia drivers of course), rebooted, and then my G29 worked again in DR.

I am currently running my G29 in G27 mode in Linux until DR supports G29 in Linux (hopefully next update).

i also uninstalled GE but it didn't help :( the game is just not recognizing the wheel as g27 anymore. theres just some different wheel shown in the presets. so i reinstalled the game, the wheel drivers, logitech profiler and just everything but it still won't do it.... gnah
