Is there any option to get clutch working while using sequential shifting? I know that it's not much real, but I used to it in RBR.
To use clutch with sequential (or even with racing/rally paddle shifter) IS realistic... you have to use it when the car is not moving to insert first gear or reversal and start running. A "normal" sequential is handle much like a motorcycle gearbox. You only miss clutch on paddle shifted road cars.

check these videos.... Solberg's subaru use paddle shift... he must use the clutch for start, the other is a s2000 rally car with mechanical sequetial and uses clutch for start and when car is not moving at the end of the stage
While annoying, teachs you to slow down on your shifts.
I am starting to get used to the clutch, but I still screw it up from time to time.
Additionally, at times my car just pops out of gear without me doing anything.
If this is intentional and I have damaged the gearbox then it's great and I like it, though I am not sure if it is.
