What does "Pos" mean in friends comparison?
Hey I was recently thinking what the "Pos" tab means when you finish a track and press "Friends Comparison".

Does that mean the position in your friends list or just globally for everyone who completed the track under that set of conditions?

Pos means the Global / World position under set Weather conditions and Car Class / Group.

Globaly. Some of my friends place 6,000+ and i only have 35 friends - not 6,000 =P

Why, did you get a high position and didn't believe it? Or did one of your friends get a high position and you didn't believe it? ^^

Yeah I got #1 on Bronfelen with a Mini Cooper at 6:45.867 so I was wondering what that means.

Thanks!

Does not work for weather conditions sadly, but I think they will fix that.

i.e. If you do Bronfelen stage, at Wales, with Morning / Cloudy conditions, with Delta Integrale, you set a World time.
If you do same stage but with Morning / Overcast conditions, with Delta Integrale, you set a different World time.

It does work with different weather conditions but doesn't work for each car, only by car class / group.

World Leaderboard set times for each stage, each weather condition and each car class / group.

I think that is how it's supposed to work, but it doesn't. I was hotlaping in Monte Carlo to get a setup right, and could not even come close to my best time, and couldn't think of coming close to people on my FL.
Then I changed the stage conditions, checked that everyones times on FL were the same, my time was the same, and I could now easily set a new best time.
Maybe they fixed that in the patch but I don't think they did

That is weird because if i change the weather conditions of a stage, my friends have a different time and have different ranks.

Maybe it's bugged for some track/condition combinations. I'll check it again when I can, or maybe they fixed it with the recent update ... hard to know with their "extensive" patchnotes :P
