Easy SEAT POSITION and FOV changer

There are many complaints and requests for in-game seat position and fov adjustment options. I agree.
Until then, I found a clever program (created by dengo) that can set your view exactly as you like it:

It is called Dirt3FovChange, but works for other codemasters titles too.

Has undo function, have to do that BEFORE making a new change.

Great advantage is that you can have a correct FOV without sacrificing your cockpit overview.
Even can adjust individual cars (by selecting a car folder instead of the main DiRT Rally folder).

Can u adjust it live during gameplay to check how it looks? or is this a series of constant restarting to get the correct posistion?

No. What it does is rewrite the camera files so you have to restart the game to see the results.

Ya, thanks I tried it out. You can change the fov's in the menu atleast, as long as you don't have a car and stage loaded. Thanks for the upload, it's better then nothing until Codemasters release an ingame slider.

can someone explain to me what the numbers mean and do. I know what FOV is but how does changing the numbers affect the view? Also what does x, y, and z affect (ie:up,down,forward back)?

X: + = left, - = right

Y: + = up, - = down

Z: + = back, - = forward

tilt: + = up, - = down
