Yes you do.

Actually found it easier and more enjoyable in first person :)

I find it easier to judge the weight transfer and minute slides in Head-cam

I think first person is way easier. It's easier for me to judge if I have the right speed and position of the car

Dash cam or bonnet cam give you the best FOV which gives you the best accuracy

Dashboard cam is what suits me best.

I just don't understand why people drive in 3rd person view... A bonnet view I can understand but the incar view is 'the real thing' imho. BTW I am very happy CM added the option to remove the wheel and hands from the view!!!
3rd person is mainly people with joypad and keyboard.

Dashboards are boring looking things, would much rather look at the sexy cars models while driving.Plus you get to see the flames spitting out the exhaust, the gravel getting thrown up and the engine sounds are better.

I wish I could use head cam, but in that setting I feel my "wheel" way too sensitive.
I'm getting best results in dashboard cam.

in the drivers seat with head cam is only way for me. total realism and it feels like i'm racing in real life again. i watch from 3rd person in replays to see the eye candy.

the driver's seat is really the only way to really feel the car. Maybe a virtual unobstructed view from the same perspective gives you equal levels of confidence -- but that would be borderline-cheating in my book.

3rd person views are o.k. for arcady "fun-racers" - as long as they provide the cockpit-view as a standard-option for those that cannot stand 3rd-person - bumper-glider cam. In other words: leaving out a driver's seat perspective is downright: lazyness and should not be rewarded with a purchase from anyone who loves cars and driving!

Bonnet cam here, though i do sometimes like the dash view.

I understand wanting the chase cam, more exhaust sound as well as seeing the car :) But it's a disconnected camera so you can't really effectively drive from there unless you're staring at the car, which is a no no, look ahead :)

never understood the 3thrd person car driving.........its just weird

I spent too long getting accustomed to bumper/bonnet cam in past games to use interior view--especially with my tiny monitor. Everything feels too far away in headcam (certainly much futher away than it feels when I wear a helmet and race rallycross in real life), so I can never get my lines, entry points, or braking zones right.
