the thing is you dont want to trigger abs everytime you brake, its just a safety measure
Yeah I am using a wheel. But I don't know if I configured something wrong but it always spins fast left right and repeats while driving.
That depends on a lot of things: screen size, view distance from screen, in-game camera option. For example dashboard cam view is not affected by that slider at all. There are online FOV calculators or you could just use the value you see best fit.
As rules of thumb, increase FOV if...
1. you intuitively feel too slow and brake too late
2. you sit closer and/or the screen is bigger
3. you feel disoriented in the twisty sections

This doesnt make any sense because every single car I drove only turned 90 degrees each side no matter what I set on profiler
If you mean the visual steering wheel in the cockpit, then the reason that they only turn 90 degrees either side is because CM couldn't make the arm animation steer more than that. It's only a limitation in the animation system. They've promised to make the visual steering wheel match your physical steering wheel if you choose not to render arms in the graphical options.
either way my own wheel just locks on 90 degrees even if I set more on profiler
+1 Your damn right.
