First car warning for Noobs
I'm a Noob, and so it's my duty to inform the other Noobs out there.

This game is hard. When you start your career, you can only afford one car.
Do NOT buy a Rallycross car. Buy a Rally car. That *cross* syllable makes all the difference in the world.

I spent my first 3hrs driving round and round these tiny little circuits coming last and since I could not qualify, could not earn any in game cash to buy another car. Having no other car meant I could not enter any other game type. After levelling up my car, I could beat the AIs except for that Joker lap which took I always took 0.5 seconds too slow. The joke was always on me.
After resetting my career, I purchased the first available Rally car and proceeded to come 2nd place in the Rally Championship, never coming further than 3rd in any stage, proving that while I am a Noob, I was in the wrong race.
(It is possible one of the multi player challenges allows you to earn cash also.)

Fellow Noob, you have been warned, make your first car a Rally car.
Pros, you can all stop laughing now. Pity the Noob.

whats the rush... you need to purchase a RX car so to upgrade it and compette online... You can roll in the money even in a loaner having said that.

Dont start Rally with your eyes on a 2000-2010 car more like it - start small(ish)...

Screw the grind i say...

The game is not hard, it's just hard when you start out.

And don't buy the Mini or Fulvia! The Alpine is faster it brakes better it handles better and most important it is rwd. I like the Mini too, but it is not a good beginners car because every beginner that I watched on Twitch was sliding out of every corner with understeer because they brake too late and try to power through corners.
