In game I think those are too low. One meter it should be if I remember right.
They look green to me, but colour is notoriously unreliable across different PCs. In real life, they're usually fluoro green/yellow. Maybe some call it yellow, I call it green. Interestingly, what you call a colour is determined by where you grew up (i.e. culturally), it's not an absolute. Cyan for example - Germans see that as a variant of green, Britishers see it as a variant of blue...
