Snow trouble
I'm assuming things will get a little easier on ice and snow once i get out of the 60's cars, cus damn.
Though my main trouble with the snow stages is the close snow walls, i'm constantly hitting snow and spinning out as the Renault Alpine likes to whip the opposite direction when turning.
I'd pick either of the FWD cars but they're so much slower.

It tough. The only thing I don't struggle in at Sweden is FWD cars.

It's worth a shot if i can remember to change, but i'm in the 70's cars now which are all RWD and waaay harder, now i'm finishing around 8th on gravel stages instead of 2nd or 3rd, it's a slog.
I've played all the Dirt games, some Colin Mcrae and some V-Rally in the past but non of that experience is helping me here, doesn't feel like it's going to get easier.

its the challange of the game that all keeps us here :)

The bad news is that it doesn't get any easier but the good news is you get better at it

Then it's worth continuing, and exploring just how angry i can get :P.

Group A Subaru is the easiest so far what I've tried - still hitting the banks too much.

Hmm newer tried tha 60's in sweden. Mini should be extreme easy and fast to drive. Lancia is also easy but need a lot of more to work to keep rear down on crests. But a lot of faster when driving fast sections. Alpine should be quite slow and horrible to drive.

Need to test it. I think I should have a knowledge about this. Not sure but I think I have about 70 full rally starts in G1 classification.

Mini and Lancia are powerless and slow, handling is quite odd for a FWD car and Mini is bouncing like a ball. Alpine is - well, challenging at least at high speed.

Yeah i can't get any of the 60's cars except the Alpine to go fast, despite how the Mini is always in first :P.
It's almost deceptive that this game has the Dirt name as it's a totally different beast to the games before it, i see it now as a sort of Dark Souls of racing games, you have to fight for the satisfaction of beating it.

I reduced the ride height of the Alpine to 0, front and rear. That helps a lot.

Also pay attention to camber and toe, front and rear. That will help keep it off the banks.
