Still, if others face the same issue, thx for reporting, I may address a letter to thrustmaster.
The t3pa-pro's supposedly underwent multiple revisions, changing from torsion-springs to compression-springs in-between. So maybe they would help owners out on that front, as well.
That being said: The lack of a decent load-cell type brake-pedal in their lineup has been apparent for years. Luckily most serious, worth-while PC sim-games would allow for multiple inputs so mixing and matching with other stand-alone pedals is a route frequently traveled.
I eventually could find a seller of springs for T3PA.
