Fanatec ClubSport Shifter 1.5 H pattern support ?
Is there any way to get Dirt Rally to recognize my Fanatic shifter in H pattern mode?
It works in seqential mode. The hand brake, all pedals and wheel work great.

The shift positions all show up in the Fanatec Device Driver properly.
I have the shift positions calibrated in the wheel.
I can select Manual H-pattern shifter with clutch in Dirt Rally.
But when I try to map each shift position it goes from "Waiting" to
unmapped as soon as I put the shifter into the appropriate gear R, 1-7

Thoughts ?

Yes, I've had the same happen a few times. But I cannot remember why or exactly what I did to overcome it, although I recall it was something quite simple. (Sorry, not much help!)

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the the shifter lead. Then recalibrate the shifter in the Fanatec Device Driver, even though it is already calibrated. I seem to remember doing both these, but I'm not sure that is what resolved it.

The other thing I have had to do sometimes is recalibrate everything again - wheel, pedals, shifter, the lot.

Both worth a try. Meanwhile, I will try to remember.

Thanks. It's good to know it will work. I'll try to figure out what planets need to be in alignment to get Dirt to recognize it.

Unplugging it or powering down my wheeelbase while in Dirt made my wheelbase and controls unrecognized as an option when I reconnected them or powered up. However when I shut dirt down and brought Dirt back up and reconfigured everything, it recognized the shifter.

I think the issue is that I initially set it up as a sequential shifter and I couldn't go back and remap the gears after the initial config. However from a complete ground up config it works.
