So yes go for it. They sell for that much even if they dont work because people want them for spare parts.
Other than that, G25 is exactly the same as G27, and for 50 bucks, i'd say go for it. Very strong and reliable wheel ( a bit noisy tough ).
It works fine. Although a while ago a lot of people had trouble, including me, because windows 10 updated the drivers and the wheel did not work properly. There should be solution on this forum somewhere.
G25 here also. Fighted with the annoying win10 update that gave small lag in steering, brake, throttle inputs. Finaly, after months of frustration the new win10 creators update fixed it. Its finaly gone. None of the fixes on any forum i looked into and tryed didnt help me.
Thank you. Now i can finaly get my wheel working again
Good choice for trying gaming on Linux, as well because it has enjoyed community-driven support for years. Other mainstream brands still do not.
Yet the usability problems on Win 10 for these older Logitech wheels do persist.
A T300/Tx / CSL-wheel would be smoother, quieter and stronger but you know the drill: you get what you pay for.

Most of the people fixed theirs wheels with the solution in the video so, try that one first. The solutions/workarounds in that thread are for G27, but it works for other wheels as well.
