Development (and this points)
How many development points player will be able to earn? Will it be possible to research all of the technologies in game?

Yes. 3 per level, 5 at the last level(last I saw of gameplay), they did then add another technology tab called the Academy with the purpose of getting much stronger soldiers(at a very very steep price) so to get this they adviced you should really be prepared for conquest. Plenty of this you can see in the livestream they did last thursday, there are links on here, you can find it on youtube and twitch alike
