I bought this game on groupees and was wondering when codes would be shipped to them?

Honest question...you grab RPG Maker, slap something together and then charge $10 for it? How is that legit? There are devs out there that build games from scratch. Crafting the entire engine, all the assets, everything from scratch and even some of them don't charge $10. So how does one justify selling this? How did Valve even let this through?...
