Be patient, level up, buy expansions, eventually your card will sell.
100 + (Shop Level * 100) + (Shop A Expansions * 250) + (Shop B Expansions * 400) + 500 (If Shop B is Unlocked)
This provides a base amount, and then there is a bit of randomness applied with the following steps:
A number between 0 and 1,000 is randomly generated.
If it’s below 3 (0.3% chance), the customer will have between $300 and four times the max amount (up to $75,200).
If it’s below 50 (5% chance), the customer will have between $40 and double the max amount (up to $37,600).
If both checks fail, the customer will have between $20 and the max amount (up to $18,800).
So if we assume a shop level of 10, with 4 expansions, and you didn't get a "lucky" customer (< 5% chance), your average customer has between $20 and $2100, meaning that half your customers have less than $1050.
This is before even factoring in the purchasing probabilities.
You could have easily sold a $2.5k card with 4 expansions at shop level 15.
(About 1 customer in 40 would have had the money)
