These are just some quick questions that will help the Tech Support staff help you out.
Yes i do have rift for my PC, i will check if the problem still persist after i disconnect rift.
If you're still getting audio issues, could you please try the following?
1. Right-click Fractured Space in Steam, and select: Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files...
2. Navigate to: spacegame > Content > WwiseAudio > Windows
3. In this folder, if there are any ".pck" files, delete them (organise by file type is the quickest way of finding them all)
Obviously if there are no .pck files this won't solve it... So let me know and we can try something else - or alternatively, contact the support team with logs and your DxDiag and we can have a look at them - information on how to get your log files and DxDiag can be found here [edgecasegames.zendesk.com].
If you add all of this to the contact form (https://edgecasegames.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/), then the team can chat with you directly, and hopefully try and find out what's going on.
Also, I've moved this discussion to the Technical Support section so to keep track of this issue easier.
Cheers,
Beefy
I solved the problem by disconnecting my Oculus Rift.
