Black Screen Solution.

Not so long ago my game didn't want to start and gave me just a black screen. I tried to find something about my problem in discussions, but there wasn't any solution.
So, that's how I solved this problem:
1. First of all I reinstalled the game ( Not sure, if this is needed)
2. Then I disabled Steam Cloud synchronization.
3. After that I deleted all the files from the /Users/YourPC'sName/AppData/Roaming/Mangagamer directory.
And my game started working again! Unfortunately, i lost my save files, but that's not so bad.

Aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!! THank You!!! Finally! That actually worked! All I did was delete the whole Mangagamer folder and it worked. Thanks again man youre amazing

Hi, I'm on black screen first time, when I launch the game it give sound like opening then I click it and going to Cicada sound, I try all keyboard tuts and clicking no respond.
I tried step #2 and #3, when I start the game message appear what language I choose and another message Enable Opening or Disable, I choose Enable Opening and just keep black screen with Cicada sound.

Any suggest for fixing? Thanks!

Do you play the normal version or PS3-patched version? Maybe you should try running the base game and then see what that will do?

I Patched with 07th-Mod.Patcher.

Now it was working normally, I doing your first step, uninstall first and clean all the folder and I re-install again with Patches too.
All is fine now and working great with the patches.

Попробуй очистить всё в папке CompiledUpdateScripts. По крайней мере, в следующих эпизодах это помогало.

Глеба, не вышло, но я нашёл ещё один способ как решить проблему(Как минимум только так я её и решил), надо удалять игру с помощью утилиты Uninstall tool, используешь принудительное удаление и всё.

Try to use some uninstall programs. I used this - "Uninstall Tool" for windows (the only thing that helped). Find an analogue for mac.

к сожалению, не помогло. у меня вся проблема из за русификатора, он все ломает, тк на английском языке никаких черных экранов не было
