So, what you're saying is... dismemberment does happen? But the character sprites don't change?
I'm sorry if you misunderstood me. I like the horror and suspense part of the game. But if there's active description of my phobia, I want to be prepared. Does that make sense?
Is it possible for you to be more specific without mentioning spoilers? What specifically gets worse? Just the tension? Increased tension is fine, as long as I don't see an arm get cut off or something. Does that happen?
If you have to say a spoiler to tell me, that's okay. I'd honestly rather know than have to find out the hard way.
So you won't "see" anything. Hope it helps.
Okay. That's exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for the help, now I'll be prepared moving forward.
The sound aspect of the game certainly has terrifying power, but at least I won't have to see it. I can always take out my headphones.
Thanks.
If it's ok to read about it but not to see it you are safe :)
But no, there will never be a visually depicted dismembered anything at all, not even in the Alchemist version, don't tease, trooper
And, as mentioned above, the details are conveyed purely through text. Unlike the anime or manga versions, which are inherently more visual, you won't be "seeing" anything.
That's a huge relief.
Definetly don't read the manga if dismembermant is a problem for you.
Ahh, that's really good to know! Thanks.
