Perhaps one day, but for now you'll have to mod it in.
Be sure to read the instructions. There are quite a few options and controls the mod adds. One of particular interest is text matching. The Alchemist ports censored the script a little, removing/replacing the lewd bits (e.g. Mion joking about Keiichi taking out his you-know-what, and in Zombie Tag, spreading rumors of Keiichi wearing girls' panties, etc.), as well as potential trademark violations (Kenta-kun/Colonel Sanders, replaced by "Randy-kun/Colonel Randy"). You can't just slap the voices on top of MG's text and expect it to work, so the mod offers variable matching, going all the way from changing the text to match the spoken dialogue and skipping the parts Alchemist removed entirely; to having the full original text, even if it doesn't match, and passages with no voice. None of the choices are perfect, but you can choose what to sacrifice.
