PS2 Music Patch?
I finished this game a while ago with all of its original assets and I felt like replaying it, albeit completely modded this time. I installed the new backgrounds/sprites/cg's/voices etc etc..., but I couldn't find a non-dead link for the PS2 music patch (for a complete revamp).

Does anybody know where I can find it?

I know someone that definitely has it installed (I don't, I've changed computers since June 2015) so I'll ask them to host it for you.

That would be great if you could :3

Had a look around. Not sure such a mod was ever released for this Steam version.
I only found a music patch for the 2009 MG version.

If it's what I think it is, they are just extensionless OGG files aren't they? I can probably add the extension and it will work with the steam version... I think.

I'll link you to that MG2009 mod later then

I see.
Sorry I couldn't help peersonally.
I didn't do any work on the Steam mods but through chance networking I managed to get 2-3 on my friends list. I'll ask around to see if they have the resources to make a mod like that.

A little problem being that a lot of them don't use Steam as frequently anymore. Gura hasn't even been on Reddit since last year, as far as I know. A shame, he was really skilled at everything he did, when he wasn't a prick :)

It's okay, thanks for taking the time to check ^^ Let me know if you find it though!

Not quite. To be exact, they're Ogg files with a 64-byte header prepended. It contains some basic metadata like length of the enclosed file (without the header), number of samples, channels, etc., I guess to make it easier for the engine. Removing that header yields a playable file.
