Discord for pick-up games bot

I've recently added a pickup-games bot to the discord https://discord.gg/tTEfCzG - I encourage people to !add themselves to the server list if they want to see if anyone will join up although because people aren't used to seeing it, you can probably expect a long waiting time before it will find the required number of players (currently set to 4) for a game to start.

Currently the discord server doesn't have enough users on it for a pickup bot to work well for an international community, but with enough users we can pick up the frequency of games, and in some cases, can actually revive a niche game community temporarily (e.g. Quake 3)
