Virtual Reality Achievement
I know what to do. I just want to ask: is it possible without a guide? Like, can I find all monsters in all places and arrange battles to complete it, plus the quests? Because only 1% of the community have it. I know that it's a threat that I want it, but believe me, no one is that much grinder as me. I just want to know: is it possible? Do we have everything everywhere? Or are the legends true that some battles are impossible to repeat enought times? Like to find a mimic. That was always on the end of a dungeon. Thank you so much for answering, I hope that you tell me I'm on the right path, because I started to fill the bestiary but I just can't find some monsters and I have to complete it with 30 more entries.

You can find everything. There's a guaranteed Mimic in the Broken Balance dungeon. However, I have everything I can find, with no quests left, and I'm still not getting it. Does anyone know if you need to buy the DLC to complete it? It's the last thing and I'd be pretty disappointed if I couldn't complete it without paying more.
Here Be Dragons contains many creatures, that might or might not be needed to complete it. I think this explains why only 1% has this achievement. I think the DLC might be needed and if you don't own it, you can't complete it...maybe! It's not 100%! However, hear me out:
Here Be Dragons is the best part of this journey and the DLC is ultra cheap. I always buy discounted games, this one is one of the few that I've bought at full price. I strongly recommend it!
Does anyone know where Gnolls and Bee Swarms are?
Got them. Death Knights, Infernal Sludges and Flying Swords? That would pretty much be it.

I've done it, thank you everyone for the informative posts! I bested all the achievements, thanks to the community! Watch out for Greater Doppelgangers :)

So where did you end up finding the Death Knights, Infernal Sludges and Flying Swords?

Those three can be found in the Ancient Tomb dungeon, near the Graveyard

Maybe I'm missing something, but after quests are completed, there is no way to battle more Vorpal Bunnies - I've checked every location and they are not available. These are required for the second page so as it stands, there is no way to complete this quest :(

That's not true. Vorpal Bunnies are available to farm in the Polyhedron Islands.

My only issue is the Mimic. I do not want to have to run that stupid dungeon a few dozen times just to encounter one mimic each time. I wish they were more common.

Thanks - just what I needed!

Yeah the Mimic took me a couple of days of grinding, but on the upside, I collected the stones to make 4-5 charms. It probably takes just as long in the central tunnels (level 4) with random encounters, but you can collect anything else you might need there too. I actually got 1 bunny in there and 1 doppleganger that turned into a bunny.

I took the advice someone offered in a different thread. I worked my way through the dungeon until I got to the fight that includes 1 mimic. Kill the mimic, chicken out of the fight, repeat. So much faster than what I had been doing.

This being said, I recently fired up a game, realized I was missing the dragons expansion, purchased it and continued the game. I've finished every single last quest and 100% of the bestiary but these guys aren't listed in mine. So while I've fought plenty of these and everything else the new content has to offer, I'm screwed out of this achievement without starting over a fresh game and pumping out another 20 hours into it because only the bestiary won't update.

No thanks, I'm good. I'm usually not so hard-up on achievements and I was really liking this game, but this leaves a pretty sourt taste. Bottom line is the bestiary doesn't update existing saved games when upgrading the game.
You are not right. I completed the game in normal, bought expansion, fought dragons and after a half year gap, I relaunched my game and completed my bestiary. I always had a single save file, and it was sufficient to do all the achievements. Buy the expansion, anyone, who wants to, because it is super fun.

I'm not saying don't buy the expansion, just making note of why I can't personally get this achievement along the lines of the OP. If I'm not right you can provide any other reason I can't get this achievement, and I'd be all ears. With bestiary at 100% and no remaining quests, this is the most logical explanation to me.

So I had to double-check, and I -do- have those expansions mobs in my bestiary, but they're still at 100%. I was wrong about it not updating, but I'm still in the same boat being at 100% with no quests and no achievement.
