Any place where I could grind for Pound of Rocks?

I don't remember anywhere being more likely to throw out Rocks. You could try using the Golden Table in the Game-room to give you a chance of Charm drops.

I rememer finding them early in the game around the starting location. Not found any in the later part of the game so far

Alright, using the Golden Table really did help me, only found 2 charms so far but it's certainly better than nothing. Thanks Mark.

Golden table isn't doing much for me. Loot seems to be mostly junk, if anything at all.

Just looking back at 2016 posts, someone suggests that the caves near the Temple of Broken Balance (The Mountains of Accent), up in the right hand corner of the map, offer a better chance of a Rock drop from the sarcophagi that you can encounter in the rooms.

EDIT: Looks like the caves are at the Temple, not the mountains.
EDIT: Tried a few times, and at the mountains just in case, but nothing; maybe no better than anywhere else.
