BUG: I finished Act 2 on Nightmare but Custos is unavailable

I finished Act 2 on Nightmare and unlocked Custos but when I try to start a new run I can't select Custos.

I have just finished Act 3 on Nightmare and unlocked the Silent Sister but Custos is still unavailable.

Now the Silent Sister is unavailable for a new run.

That is definitely a new bug. No one ever reported that. I will check. Maybe it is related to the new loadout mechanic.

Yes, it seems like it's related to the loadouts. When I select my Electric loadout Primarus is unavailable but becomes available again once I select my Holy loadout.

Permanent buffs in the shrine also change when changing loadouts as well. Don't know if that's intentional but thought it was worth mentioning.

Unlocking Characters has been fixed in v0.573

Permanent buffs in the Statue should change on Loadout because you might want to spend resources between Loadouts differently.

I FINALLY finished ACT IV on Mercy (literally have been stuck on Raziel one shotting me for weeks!), for the character unlock after Silent Sister as well as Inferno Act 1, but it didn't register. Help?

Edit: I even got 'Sacred Horror' achieve just now to prove it -_-;;

Have you updated to the latest patch? That gave me my characters back.

Unless I missed something, I have the "endless mode" patch; I'll manually check right now though, thanks.

Maybe right-click Steam and press "Exit Steam" to see if resetting it helps?

Tried that, just checked, did not fix it....wild, cuz I have the achievements, so wtf is going on in my save.

Hmm, that's weird. I saw another thread about this and the dev is aware of it. Hopefully there will be a fix for it soon.
