Hi, is there a way to use Mouse click for hitting during the tennis segment? The tennis gameplay is actually pretty fun but the default control is so awkward. Please see if mouse can be enable to be used as a hitting key. Thank you

Hi! Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad you’re enjoying the tennis gameplay! Currently, we haven’t designed the controls to support mouse clicks for hitting. However, we appreciate your suggestion and will consider it for future updates. Let us know if you have any other thoughts!

Hi there, please really do put a serious consideration on it as the game was neatly designed for mouse and keyboard but the better chunk of the game was in tennis gameplay. Which was surprisingly really good, and I honestly believe can be better if we can use mouse in there too. Thank you

Since we have a normal hit and 3 special skills, normal mouse wouldn't have enough buttons for that...

No no, you get me wrong, please allow normal hit to be bound to mouse left-click at least, the rest of special skills can stay with the keyboards. WASD movements felt more natural with left click mouse as hit as that's how all PC games tend to set the control.

So however you code the default hit to SpaceBar, allow Mouse left click to also be bound to that in option. Since you can still hold left click mouse to charge your shot anyway.

Special skills can stay with the keyboard, just allow left click to be bindable on spacebar function.

Also, a standard gaming mouse has 5 buttons now. Right Click, Left Click, Middle Click, Side button 1, and Side button 2. You have more than enough buttons to get all your normal hit + 3 skills. There's no reason not to allow us to use a mouse on a PC game.

We have seriously considered your suggestion.
However, not all users have a gaming mouse—most only have a standard mouse with three buttons.

One hand is needed to control movement, while the other must handle all four skills.
Using the keyboard for all of them is the safest and most consistent choice for us.

Additionally, if we were to support Mouse Button 1,2,3 ... for some gaming mouse, we would also need to implement a UI to display those button mappings.

Unfortunately, we will not be implementing this feature.

As a gamer I think the idea of using left click for normal hit then keyboard button for special skills is really illogical. So with my left hand stuck to WASD, when i want to use special skills I have to change my right hand from mouse to keyboard to press JKL?

On another point of yours, "gaming mouse" right? Not everyone have that, if so I can simply tell you "just use a controller". If everyone can have a gaming mouse, why can't they have a controller too right?

I don't know what game have you been playing, but WASD movement + shoot with mouse and grenade with yet another key (special skills) have been a staple in any PC game since the counter strike era. MMO does, this, any action RPG does this. but clearly you have no idea what you're talking about as you can't even see the basic function of WASD + mouse combo for a PC GAME. So I don't know where is the "illogical" from

So thank you for your answer, but I'll be skipping this game and blacklisting your entire studio since you can't even manage this entire simple function. There are tons of other games out there that better respect their gamers time.

P/s: you may want to check out Topspin 2k5, an official Tennis game. They don't use the mouse either,

I even remember in Virtua Tennis 2009 and 4, you also only use keyboard and it was perfect for me (arrow keys + Z, X, C, V and maybe spacebar)

Not sure what changed but now it is stuck on control mode, and I have no control inputted. So i can't change their clothes, or see mouse or see keys for keyboard
