Research Facility sniper switch

Cant make the shot the shot cursor will not go all the way up towards the switch. Am i missing something?

Hi,
you need have the RPG weapon and guide the remote controlled missile to hit that switch.

I found an alternate method, the spread gun's shots can go through walls, if you fire a shot then pan the camera to the direction you shot at, you can in a way guide the shots to it's target off screen, and the spread gun has fewer ability requirement to get than the RPG.
