What are and where are the last 2 abilities?

I have 98.5% map completion and I am at the final boss. I'm still missing the last 2 abilities. Please someone tell me where they are.

The last ability is in the mines. There's a tall 2x5 room with a breakable wall on the second highest tile to the left, from there you can enter a 2x2 room. You can clear the gap with a sprinting double jump and find the final ability in a chest.

The second to last ability I have no idea... got 100% map completion

the second to last ability i think is in a chest you can reach with the roll upgrade

Its on the tile that has a big red tall building in it; it is in the top left corner of that screen

i think it is near the reasearch facilities lower left exit in 2x2 outside area

I acutally had it marked on my map... I thought you needed the upgrade inside!

Small correction addition though, it's the lower right exit if you start from the fast travel room, then down and then left and you need to unlock a shortcut first. If you don't have the shortcut unlocked, go to the cell where you start the game proper and walljump up the shaft. From there just continue until you find the red building described above-
