Does anyone know if this would be modable, having a pirate themed bar with old piratey songs would be so cool

You can definitely mod this game! It just depends if someone wants to make that with BepInEx.

Since LB 0.92, you probably want to look at MelonLoader instead. Also word is that audio or cosmetic mods is ok, but touching gameplay is a no-no. modding to add support may also be ok, but i did not specifically ask.
