Issue after changing graphic settings.

I have just purchased the game and wanted to adjust the graphics. I changed them to Medium and after I clicked "Apply" I can't even see the game anymore. I have tried to verify game files un- and reinstall the game but nothing works. So this is what the game looks like for me now: https://gyazo.com/fc334d25f7989b733697ed7678bb5cd7

If it doesn't help, try this
If your game breaks due to settings, follow these steps:

1- Close the game
2- Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog
3- run "regedit" (registry)
3- Delete the following registry path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Curve Animation -> Liar's Bar
4- Restart the game
