I report them if by any chance I see obvious cheating or hacking.

This is nonsense.
If you are fragile, probably you should stay away from social interactions especially in fun games meant for adults where we shoot ourselves in teh head. If you think the world should conform to your sensibilities, then you are the problem, nobody else.

Your senisibilities are not the guideline for general behavior in games.
Besides. You can also mute people if you feel that they are a nuisance. Problem fixed.
But if you don't do that, just come to the forums to complain, then it's pretty much your own fault, and people generally will not care.

Anyway. Have fun, play the game. And if you feel hysterical because somebody used the N word, the F word. the ABCDKJHKJH word, mute them and that's it.

The Steam client already provides a way to report users. Search for the user profile, then click "Report User"

That sends the report to Steam community staff, not to the game's devs, admins or community managers. And steam staff has no way to verify if the proof you provided is real or not. They have no access to the game's log database. If such a thing is even deployed for this game.

But in the end, it doesn't matter anyway. These are short games with randoms, you can also mute their nonsense if you want to, so on.

Can I just check? Which part of screaming the N word when you lose and not being man enough to stand up for minorities is fun?

Sounds a lot like excusing racism or being too cowardly to speak up against it.
