Where is this Character?

On october 11th 2024 there was a teaser for 4 charatcers and the new map, I noticed that one of the characters were missing. That being the lizard/praying Mantis looking guy. He looks pretty bad ass but im very confused on why he isn't added. Now they are teasing the next batch of characters but im getting worried that they wont add that cool lizard or praying mantis guy. Hopefully he gets added in the future.
