I changed the game resolution, clicked apply and now it's all over the window. restarting, reinstalling doesn't solve it

found a solution to the problem:

close the game
press Windows Key + R to open the “Run” dialog box.
run “regedit”
delete the following registry path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Curve Animation\Liar's Bar
restart the game
